Back Care Yoga was designed to strengthen your back and help counter the ill effects of our busy lives stress, poor posture and weak muscles.
Through a series of stretches and postures, internationally acclaimed yoga instructor Rodney Yee teaches you to develop and nurture a stronger, healthier back. These safe and effective yoga poses combine arching, stretching, lengthening and twisting, and are gentle enough for every fitness level.
As you progress through the workout, you'll move from sitting to standing to floor exercises.
Together, these three types of exercises will maximize the suppleness of your spine, lengthening and loosening it for greater agility and flexibility. This workout will also help your body re-learn proper posture, nurturing your spine and keeping your back healthy and pain-free.
